Stand Up For Family

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of American Family Insurance. All opinions are 100% mine.

American Family Insurance has started a really cool new campaign called Stand Up For Family. Stand Up for Family brings a group of stand-up comics together to share some of their experiences growing up and tell stories that I'm sure we can all relate to!

One of my favorite videos is by host Bill Belamy where he tells the story of how growing up, you knew you needed to be home once the street lights came one. We can all remember that right? Playing in the streets with your friends until right before dinner. And then once those street lights come on everyone races to get home before their moms come looking for them. Do kids even play outside anymore??

What is great about Stand Up For Family is that it is family friendly comedy that family members of all ages can enjoy. In a day and age that is full of bad influences and dirty language, it was so refreshing to watch comedy acts that didn't have to be bleeped out every other word!

I think what AmFam is doing is great! I truly support their efforts to encourage people to remember the importance of families and value that time spent together. Families are being attacked from all angles in the world today. And I think more companies like AmFam should put forth more effort to bring families closer and show their true value.

This is so true! Whenever the street lights came on we had to race home Except in Canada in the summer that was like at 10:30 at night so my mom altered the rules!!
